Richard started his career as a town planner working for several local authorities and then at senior level in private practice. Richard's in-depth knowledge of planning at the strategic and local level gives landowners and businesses confidence to work with us to deliver successful developments.

Emma is an experienced Chartered Town Planner and has successfully worked on a range of complex strategic applications. Prior to joining Lansdown, Emma worked at a senior level at Bath & North East Somerset Council and prior to that St Albans City & District Council in Hertfordshire.  

Joshua has a Masters in Planning & Development from Reading and experience at a national housebuilder. Joshua plays a key role in site acquisition and land contracts.
