Lansdown is pleased to announce that on 5 September 2023 Enfield’s Planning Committee voted to approve our outline application for 58 affordable two and three-bedroom family houses (50% social rent, 40% shared ownership, 10% London Living Rent), 5 live-work units and a refurbished office on a 2.7 hectare site on the edge of Clay Hill. Officers and Members accepted that the public benefits of the scheme amounted to very special circumstances justifying the development in the Green Belt.
